Develop, design and configure enterprise structure (Personnel Area, and Personnel Sub Area) and the Personnel Structure (Employee Group, Employee Sub group), configuration data and master data for Group wide implementation Ensures HCM localization for Specific country is implemented (such as Gosi, visa category, Sponsor, Iqama/National IDand others) Experience and knowledge of key integration points with other modules Experience in master data standardization, cleaning and migration including LSMW , S4 HANA Cockpit (LTMC) formats.
