Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Support:Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Manage hardware inventory and vendor coordination for repairs/warranties.Networking Support:Set up and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.Ensure network security, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity issues.IT Support & Maintenance:Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Upgrade systems and ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting logs.Prepare periodic reports on system health and network performance.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field; certifications (CCNA, CompTIA) preferred.Experience: 3+ years in hardware & networking support.Skills: Troubleshooting, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and OS knowledge.
