key responsibilities

hardware support:

install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other it peripherals.

troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

manage hardware inventory and vendor coordination for repairs/warranties.

networking support:

set up and maintain lan, wan, wi-fi, routers, and switches.

ensure network security, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity issues.

it support & maintenance:

provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

upgrade systems and ensure compliance with it policies and security protocols.

documentation & compliance:

maintain records of it assets, configurations, and troubleshooting logs.

prepare periodic reports on system health and network performance.

qualifications & skills

education: diploma/degree in it or related field; certifications (ccna, comptia) preferred.

experience: 3+ years in hardware & networking support.

skills: troubleshooting, network protocols (tcp/ip, dns, dhcp), and os knowledge.
