Hardware Network Engineer (Male)

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Support:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Manage hardware inventory and vendor coordination for repairs/warranties.

Networking Support:

Set up and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

Ensure network security, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity issues.

IT Support & Maintenance:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Upgrade systems and ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting logs.

Prepare periodic reports on system health and network performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field; certifications (CCNA, CompTIA) preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in hardware & networking support.

Skills: Troubleshooting, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and OS knowledge.
