Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and promptly address any issues.2. Table Maintenance: Set up tables according to hotel standards (linen, glassware, cutlery, etc.). Clear tables and reset them quickly for the next guests. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.3. Follow service procedures as per brand or departmental SOPs.Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in a 3- or 4-star hotel restaurant. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Knowledge of menu, beverages, and basic wine service.
