We are immediately hiring for Property supervisor position. FM & FNB candidates should not apply.The selected candidate would be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Supervision and Quality Control for luxury serviced apartments and farm house properties located within Delhi / Gurgaon (Supervisors will be required to travel to 2-3 properties per day within the allocated zone) Inspect all areas for cleanliness including hygiene standards, ambience, service readiness, team grooming and hospitality culture Ensure all provided equipment, electronics, electrical fittings, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, water pumps, generator, etc are working properly Ensure all beds are laid as per prescribed format, furniture and decorative / usable items are set up in the right way Stock checking of all laundry/consumables/other items ensuring checks and balances Laundry control; ensuring laundry is sent and received timely with inventory and quality check and control Monitor and control respective housekeeping and service staff for each assigned property Problem solving is an important aspect of this position; be available on call 24 hours a day (whenever required) to resolve any urgent problems / in case of emergencies Adhere to laid down guidelines and ensure team members follow the rules and regulations Ensuring guest satisfaction through effective attendance, cleanliness, guest requests and anticipating their needs Prepare indents for purchases / purchase orders/ requisitions for each area of operations Monitor and control expenses and in accordance within approved norms under the guidance of the HODQualification, Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Star category Hotels Good communication skills (English - Spoken & Written) Should be energetic and a self-starter Professional in appearance and presentation. Having personal transport (two wheeler / four wheeler) is a must.
