This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with no prior experience or up to six years of experience.Key Responsibilities:1. **Assisting Machine Operators**: Support machine operators in their daily tasks by providing materials and tools, ensuring a smooth workflow on the production line.2. **Material Handling**: Safely transport raw materials and finished products within the factory, ensuring they are moved efficiently and stored in the correct areas.3. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the work area clean and organized by regularly sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.4. **Packing Products**: Assist in packing finished products for shipping, ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.5. **Following Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety guidelines within the factory to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and be willing to learn on the job. A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to follow instructions carefully are essential. Good physical stamina is important, as the role may involve lifting and moving heavy items. Experience of operating lathe machine, centre-less grinding machine, roll threading machine and doing precision job works. Must be able to do work in microns.
