We are seeking a dedicated Factory Helper to assist in various tasks within our manufacturing facility in Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with no prior experience or up to six years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assisting Machine Operators**: Support machine operators in their daily tasks by providing materials and tools, ensuring a smooth workflow on the production line.

2. **Material Handling**: Safely transport raw materials and finished products within the factory, ensuring they are moved efficiently and stored in the correct areas.

3. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the work area clean and organized by regularly sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.

4. **Packing Products**: Assist in packing finished products for shipping, ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

5. **Following Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety guidelines within the factory to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and be willing to learn on the job. A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to follow instructions carefully are essential.
