This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience, and a minimum education level of 10th pass is required.Key Responsibilities:- Welding Operations: Perform various welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, ensuring all welds meet quality standards.- Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand welding specifications and requirements for each project.- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety during welding operations.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including fabricators and engineers, to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, minimizing hazards associated with welding.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess good knowledge of welding techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure high-quality work. Basic math skills are essential for measurements and calculations. We are looking for 10 jobs in CNC OperatorFresher or more Experienced both are Required.Responsibilities :*Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.*Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.*Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function*Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines*Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications*Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts*Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result*Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly*Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
