ITI Welder - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a skilled ITI Welder to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should be dedicated and ready to work full-time in an office environment. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience, and a minimum education level of 10th pass is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Welding Operations**: Perform various welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, ensuring all welds meet quality standards.

- **Reading Blueprints**: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand welding specifications and requirements for each project.

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety during welding operations.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including fabricators and engineers, to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, minimizing hazards associated with welding.
