Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhancestorytelling.Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs anddeliver effective creatives. Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery. Creative Direction Support: Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions. Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,After Effects) or similar tools. Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.Good to Have: Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.
