Job Description:-1. Patient Assessment: Conducting initial patient assessments. Gather medical histories, perform physical examinations, and inquire about patients' symptoms and concerns.2. Diagnosis :Based on the assessment, assist in diagnosing patients' medical conditions and determining appropriate treatment plans.3. Treatment Planning : Collaborate with attending senior doctors to develop treatment plans for patients. This may involve prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle changes, or referring patients to specialists for further evaluation.4. Patient Education : Explain the diagnosis and treatment plan to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their health conditions and the steps they need to take for recovery or management.5.
