Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in mesh solutions for industrial and mining applications, is seeking a proactive General Manager Operations to establish and optimize administrative systems, lead support staff, and ensure efficient cross-departmental operations. This role is ideal for candidates with solid administrative experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Plan with Precision, Lead with Vision.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and implement administrative systems, office procedures, and company policies Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records Oversee attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement activities Establish and maintain documentation for production, inventory, purchasing, and sales Maintain organized records of licenses, permits, contracts, and certifications (e.g., ISO, MSHA) Coordinate with the accounting team for petty cash, invoicing, and expense tracking Manage vendor and supplier coordination with proper procurement documentation Liaise with logistics partners for raw material intake and finished product dispatch Maintain stock control and support inventory system updates Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation Serve as the primary contact for internal and external administrative communicationSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Engineering with an MBA.
