Key Responsibilities:1. Develop fundraising strategies: Create and execute strategies to raise funds for the organization's projects and initiatives.2. Build donor relationships: Cultivate relationships with potential donors, maintaining communication to secure funding.3. Plan fundraising events: Organize events and campaigns to attract donations and raise awareness about the organization's mission.4. Write grant proposals: Research and write proposals to apply for grants from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.5. Track fundraising progress: Monitor and analyze fundraising data to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and make adjustments as needed.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Education background: Master's degree in relevant fields such as M.A, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Sc, or MSW.
