1. Develop business strategies by collaborating with the team to create actionable plans for expanding Ikkasa's reach in both online and offline markets. This includes researching potential retail partners, marketplaces, and distribution channels.2. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research on home decor trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Suggest areas for product development or new market segments to target.3. Assist in corporate and B2B sales efforts by reaching out to potential corporate clients for bulk and gifting orders. Help manage relationships with existing partners and explore collaboration opportunities for Diwali gifting and branding initiatives.4. Support partnership development by identifying and approaching event organizers, societies, and enterprising women in communities who can act as distributors or sales partners for Ikkasa on a commission basis.5. Coordinate offline sales initiatives, such as pop-up events and stalls in societies, malls, or Diwali melas. Ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with Ikkasa's brand values.6. Assist with influencer and social media collaborations by researching potential influencers in the home decor space. Help manage outreach and product placements to increase visibility and drive engagement on platforms like Instagram.

Reporting to the Regional Team Leaders North, West and South with matrix reporting to the PIU leads of the specific cities, the BDE-CFFs shall be responsible for engaging with and raising funds from city-centric donors including small corporates, HNIs and other donors, for various local development projects, encompassing Multi-Activity Centers, and School Education, WASH, Skill-Building and Protection initiatives. S/he shall be required to meet fundraising targets and interact closely with quality donors.In this public-facing role, the post-holders, shall be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with BRB values.Key Job Responsibilities:(1) Achieve quarterly targets in line with annual goals;(2) Work closely with the programme team to understand the project and costimpact model;(3) Organize donor visits, meetings and events to help the programme team showcasing BRBs work;(4) Develop a database of local corporates/ HNIs/ other donors and a comprehensive plan for approaching them on a regular basis;(5) Raise awareness of BRB's work with children across the country and advocacy work around India;(6) Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with BRB values.(7) Maintain the required levels of confidentiality on information relating to BRB and its supporters;(8) Any other task assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:Qualification:Applicants should be graduates from reputed institutions.Experience: (1) Minimum one year of experience in fundraising;(2) Prior exposure to working with development organisations shall be an added advantage.APPLICATION PROCESS:
