We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Cook to manage the daily operations and culinary needs of our guesthouse. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual or a family who can provide a home away from home experience for our guests through excellent service and high-quality cooking.Key Responsibilities1. Culinary Duties* Prepare and serve healthy, delicious Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for guests.* Expertise in a wide range of cuisines including South Indian, North Indian, Veg, and Non-Veg dishes.* Operate and prepare Tandoor items (kebabs, rotis, etc.) as required.* Manage kitchen inventory, grocery shopping, and ensure zero wastage.* Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.2. Guesthouse Management* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally.* Ensure the overall cleanliness of the guesthouse, including common areas and guest rooms.* Coordinate laundry services for bed linens and towels.* Basic maintenance and reporting of any repairs needed on the property.Candidate Profile* Experience: Proven experience as a cook in a guesthouse, hotel, or private residence.* Skills: Strong multi-cuisine cooking skills (especially Tandoor), basic housekeeping, and guest relation skills.* Attributes: Trustworthy, polite, and disciplined.
