As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing various activities related to employee relations and organizational effectiveness. This position is based in Laxminagar and is open to fresh graduates.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure the selection of suitable candidates.- Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, helping them integrate into the company through orientation sessions and introduction to their teams.- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations for easy reference and compliance.- Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing sessions to help employees enhance their skills and knowledge related to their roles.- Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and address any workplace queries or concerns to foster a positive work environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in B.A, B.B.A, or B.Com. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information with discretion is expected.
