Also known as a passenger service agent (PSA), this role involves helping passengers with a variety of tasks at the airport, including: Check-in: Ensuring passengers and their luggage board their flights on time and safely Security: Conducting security checks at the gate and helping passengers with directions and information for completing security processing Assistance: Helping passengers with mobility issues, unaccompanied children, and special requests like wheelchairs Other tasks: Calling passengers to board the plane, announcing flight delays, verifying boarding passes, and paging passengers to come to the front Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service and responding to passenger inquiries

They monitor surveillance camera footage and check vehicles and passenger baggage or cargo for weapons and other dangerous items. They also conduct security checks and inspect passenger and employee identification cards. When there are emergencies in the airport, they are responsible for responding quickly and resolving the situation.
