Relevant experience in hiring and payroll processing will be given preference.Job Description:The job would include the following responsibilities:1.Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices2. Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs3. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.5. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.6. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.7. Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records8. Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.9. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.10. Maintains correct record on the HRMS system and manage timely processing of payroll.
