We are seeking a Direct Marketing Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, including freshers. As a Direct Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services directly to customers, using various marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers through calls and in-person meetings to promote our offerings and generate interest.- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new customer leads to expand our market reach and improve sales opportunities.- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, helping to enhance our marketing strategies.- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to track performance and report on results.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively. Candidates should be driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanor is important for building relationships with clients. Basic proficiency in using computers and familiarity with marketing tools will be beneficial for this role. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment is highly encouraged.
