Job Summary:Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights. They handle check-in procedures, boarding, baggage services, and assist passengers with their travel needs.Key Responsibilities: Passenger HandlingAssist passengers during check-in and boardingVerify passenger identification and travel documentsIssue boarding passes and baggage tagsGuide passengers to departure gates Baggage HandlingWeigh and tag checked luggageEnsure baggage complies with airline policiesCoordinate with baggage handling teamsAssist passengers with lost or delayed baggage Customer ServiceAddress passenger queries and complaintsProvide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellationsAssist special passengers (elderly, disabled, VIPs, unaccompanied minors) Boarding & DepartureMake boarding announcementsEnsure smooth boarding proceduresCheck boarding passes and documents at gates Safety & SecurityFollow airport safety regulations and proceduresEnsure compliance with airline and aviation authority guidelinesReport any suspicious activity or security concerns Operational SupportCoordinate with airline staff, security, and other departmentsHandle flight documentation and reportsAssist in flight arrivals and departuresRequired Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientationProblem-solving abilityAbility to work in shifts (including nights and weekends)Teamwork and coordinationBasic computer knowledgeEducational Qualification:Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)Preferred: Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Aviation preferred)Experience:Freshers can applyPrior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantageSalary Range (India):Fresher: 20,000 - 25,000 per monthExperienced: 25,000 - 40,000+ per monthWork Environment:Airports (domestic & international terminals)Rotational shifts (day/night)High-pressure and fast-paced environment
