It has branch offices in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai & Kochi.Required following Shore Staff in Fleet Personnel Dept: 1) Personnel/Administration Executive 3 No. Positions Responsibilities:1) Screening Applications of Seafarers to confirm validity of Documents/Certificates, Service Records, Personal Details etc2) Preparation of joining Documentation, Visa Applications, Flag State Licensing Documentation, Third party correspondence etc.3) Maintaining Statistical Data for Seafarers (Crew lists, Leave status, Crew movements, Crew Data, Accident and Incident Information, etc.).4) Co-ordination of arrangements with Institutes, Hotels etc. for Officers/Ratings when required.5) Arranging dispatch of Documentation, Crew Welfare Items, etc. to Clients and Ships.6) Any other duties that may be required by the Senior Management.7) Authorised to Undertake tasks and co-ordinate activities commensurate with the responsibilities outlined in the Companys Quality Management System.8) Currently handling the Training & Courses for Qatar Fleet.Educational Qualifications:Minimum H.S.C 12th

This role requires utmost dedication to serve each and every customer with ownership.What will you do? Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up) Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off) Maintaining quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to service centre or local mechanic Attend vehicle breakdowns, reach out to customers in crisis and help them Maintain log of all bookings served Maintain log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents Attend customer enquiry calls for your location Clean and maintain the bikes properly. What you need to have Passion to serve customers Love riding bikes (Driving License mandatory) Ability to start a discussion with customers of different languages, cultures and backgrounds Ability to learn quickly Ability to coordinate with the team and get work done Commitment to complete assigned work on a daily basis

Responsible for ensuring positive working environment / interaction with Drivers7. Proper handover/ takeover to next Shift Incharge (No.of cars and SPs, cab charging status, pernding trips, maintenance issues any other excepetion report)8. Interaction with Client team for trips allocation/distribution as per scheduled data9. Driver and Vehicle induction at client site + Audits / Ensuring Compliance10. Vehicle and Driver Rostering11. Ensure timely scheduling of cabs and ensure OTA & OTD tracker is maintained12. Complaine management and escalation management
