Allocate manpower and machines according to the shift production plan. Monitor hourly output, attendance, downtime, rejection, and work-in-progress. Ensure operators follow work instructions, control plans, and PPE requirements. Coordinate with Setters, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and PPC for timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in BIW (Body in White) Welding Fixture Design within the automotive or manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities: Develop and design welding fixtures using UG NX software, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, production, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Conduct design reviews and make necessary modifications to optimize fixture designs for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Perform tolerance analysis, GD&T interpretation, and validation of fixture designs to meet quality and safety standards.
