Meet clients to understand their financial goals and risk appetite.Recommend suitable insurance and investment plans from HDFC Lifes product portfolio.Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and premium payments.Maintain regular contact for renewals, policy servicing, and future needs.Promote and sell life insurance policies to individuals and families.Explain product benefits, features, and terms in a clear manner.Build strong relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.Keep updated with product knowledge and regulatory guidelines.Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.Conduct need-based sales to match client requirements with the right HDFC Life solutions.Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.Develop trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.Provide personalized after-sales support, including policy servicing and claims assistance.Educate clients on new products, offers, and financial planning tips.Uphold company values and maintain compliance with IRDAI norms.
