Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Work closely with production teams to identify process improvements and drive quality initiatives.Perform internal audits and support external audits from customers and regulatory bodies.Analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, inspection results) and report trends to management.Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, control plans, FMEAs, and PPAPs.Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure raw materials meet specifications.Support new product introductions through quality planning and risk assessment.

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and fabrication engineering with iso audit documentations and downing knowledge.

Minimum office attendance should be 95%.Pre intimation of leave before 4 days is must, leave application should be approved by SM in advance.Candidate should attend 80% In house Training conducted by Cotech.Candidate is responsible for NPS score target as per RIPL.Vehicle inspection 100% Keep internal repeat ratio
