Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities Visit Customer at the scheduled hours. Minimum of 10 customer visits a day. Responsible for speaking to customers who are overdue on payments. Understand the reason behind payment being overdue, also to understand if issues with product or services, to help make the payment. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued. Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed. Effective Negotiation Skills. Maintain clear records on customer Visits and Follow ups Responsible to Trail updates Utilize the given software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
