As a Field Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our on-ground operations and ensuring that our services meet customer needs effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning: Travel to customer locations to install, test, and commission new machinery, equipment, or systems according to engineering specifications.Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:Execute scheduled preventive maintenance services at client sites to ensure optimal machine performance.Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults efficiently.Troubleshooting & Repair: Read technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings to isolate problems and replace defective components or spare parts.Customer Support & Training: Conduct hands-on training for the client

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients in assigned territories.Understand customer needs, provide suitable product/solution recommendations, and deliver technical presentations.Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.Conduct site visits and offer after-sales technical support and troubleshooting.Collaborate with the internal team (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to generate new business leads.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
