Job description:- Maintain, and repair faucet systems, faucet fittings, flush valves, sanitary, and drainage systems. Diagnose and resolve faucet issues such as leaks, clogs, product damage, and system malfunctions. Routine maintenance on faucet systems to prevent future problems and ensure optimal performance such as leaks, inspecting pipes, and drain cleaning. Repair or replace damaged spare parts, faucets, sanitary and other faucet components Adhere to all relevant company policies & safety regulations. Polite and effectively communication with customers to explain the nature of the problem and procedure of the solution. Ensure customer satisfaction is first priority under company policies. Maintain records of work performed, used spare parts, and all expenses. Train and supervise junior or new joiner. Maintain & care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Regularly visit to the Distributers, Dealers to build strong relation between us and to check display products. Read & understand product technical drawings, blueprints, & manuals to plan faucet installations.Education, Skills & Requirement:- ITI/Diploma/B.E./BTech (Plumbing/Mechanical). Experience in bath fittings/service will be a plus. Skilled in installation, troubleshooting & basic technical drawings will be a plus. Strong customer communication & problem-solving abilities. Open to field travel; capable of managing records and guiding juniors (DL preferred)
