Application Submission: Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and promptly, adhering to embassy guidelines and regulations.5. Follow-up and Updates: Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications and provide updates as necessary.6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing queries and concerns promptly.7. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on visa policies, regulations, and procedural changes for the USA and Canada.8. Problem Resolution: Assist clients in resolving any issues or challenges related to their visa applications.Requirements: Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role, specializing in USA and Canada Tourist Visas. In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures, documentation requirements, and embassy regulations for the USA and Canada. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and submission.

Skills required: Good command of spoken and written English. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds. A friendly personality and patience. Comfortable telephone manner. Result-oriented.Job Description: Visa consultant/ counselor performs some or all of the following duties: Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Advise clients on immigration process and other employment-related issues Counsel the clients and determine the interest, aptitude and abilities The conduct Counseling session is mainly being by email, telephone or face-to face counseling. To provide regular follow up on inquiries received. Providing assistance for rehabilitation and technical evaluation for the appropriate countries. Provide consulting services to customers simultaneously helping in career planning. Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration.
