Job ResponsibilitiesTo respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and emailClose coordination with Internal departments & Regional sales people for Reports & Sales casesSending offersResponding to and coordinating all internal meeting requestsAssisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and Direct sellingAssisting in Hiring processCourtesy calls to Existing & New CustomersTo record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, business trends, enquiry conversion rates, etc. directed by the Sales ManagerUp-keep of a client and agents databasePost Purchase Order activities e.g. Preparing Work Orders, interacting with various depts., Updating the customers of delivery dates, Dispatch documents etc.Interacting with Adv agency for Product BrochuresVendor Registrations / Tenders /Prepare Compliance Payment Follow upsEmail campaignsPreparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MISKnowledge of Tally is added advantageJOB REQUIREMENTSBasic knowledge and understanding of Interface converters, Protocol Gateways, 2G/4G Modems, Network Switches and IIoT.Fluent in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERPExcellent people skillsGender: FemaleAbility to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments Well-organizedExperience: 3-6+ years
