The ideal candidate should be confident in delivering salon services both at the parlour and at clients homes. You will receive a 50 percent commission on each service. Conduct seasonal trend research and market analysis to inform collections.Design and develop clothing and accessory lines from concept to final sampleCreate detailed technical sketches, mood boards, and spec sheets.Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and color palettes.Collaborate with the product development and production teams to bring designs to life.Participate in fittings and adjust designs based on feedback.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practicesWork within budget constraints and production timelines.Communicate ideas clearly with manufacturers and suppliers.Provide training and mentorship on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and garment quality to team members or junior designers.Ensure the team maintains a strong understanding of fashionable clothing, including seasonal trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and industry standards.
