We are looking for Swim Instructors who should know how to teach swimmers of various ages and skill levels effectively while ensuring safety in and around the water. Some specific duties and responsibilities and job description include:Developing effective swimming lessons based on student skill levelInstructing individuals or small groups of students in the waterDemonstrating various swimming techniquesObserving students performing the strokes and providing feedback to help them improveProviding constant supervision to keep all swimmers safeCompleting documentation and deciding when to move students to the next levelEnforcing water safety and pool rulesSharing feedback with parents on the sessionsDemonstrating and teaching various swimming strokes, developing swimming lessons for various skill levels and evaluating the swimming students to assess progress and to plan future lessons.
