In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers. Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee Records & Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely processing of payroll. Handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance documentation.Employee Engagement & Communication: Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace environment. Address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction.Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Develop and update HR policies as needed, communicating changes effectively to staff.Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
