Responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project Documentation and reporting of training and activities Compilation of documents and publishing Compiling case studies and success stories of work Documentation and sharing collateral communication Monitoring and reporting progress report against work plan and implementation schedules Participating in team meetings and reviews, staff engagement activities Attend the induction and on the job trainings. Executing and conducting the Trainings for field staffs/ volunteers.Provide hand holding support to the team after training throughout the project timeline. Induct new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation and teaching upon their appointments.
