HANDLE EXPORT QUERIES AND INDIAMART

Key Role and Responsibilities: Solving the queries of Customer through call, whats app, email, sms etc. Coordinating with other team members for solution and communicating with customer Coordinating with courier partners and putting all details of orders in excel and track orders on daily basis. Order processing of online orders whenever required on various portals. Data entry and data processing

Counselling students and helping them find the right course, university and country. Understand the students eligibility and requirements and advise them on the available programs. Advise students on the application process and language requirements. Follow up with students via emails, Whatsapp group and phone calls. Drafting statement of purpose. Meet assigned targets.
