Database Management: Update and maintain customer records in the system.7. Handling Queries: Answer customer inquiries regarding bookings, facilities, and offers.8. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.9. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.10. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance promotional campaigns.Required Skills & Qualities:1.
