Follow-ups for quotations & proposals submitted with the client. To check the PO properly for Payment Terms & follow up with accounts in case of advance payment for preparation of invoice or PI. Generating new leads by telephonic discussion with clients. Identify the potential and existing clients and maintain the data base of the client and contact details. Maintaining month wise data for accepted/rejected quotations/proposals & hence, providing success ratio with a presentation to sale and top management Preparing quarterly sales records & presentations Maintaining client data base with contact details/address and department and past jobs given.
