We seek a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive professional with excellent communication skills.---Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding SupportAssist with new hire onboarding, including documentation and account setup.Coordinate orientation schedules and introductions.Serve as a point of contact for new employees.Meeting Scheduling & CoordinationSchedule internal and external meetings for the HR department.Manage meeting logistics, including location, virtual platforms, and materials.Prepare and send invitations and reminders.Administrative SupportMaintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical.Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and employee files.Handle office administration, including ordering supplies, document preparation, and organization.Communication & Follow-UpSend reminders for meetings, appointments, and deadlines.Maintain effective communication with employees and external partners.Additional HR & Admin TasksAssist with HR reports and presentations.Support employee engagement, training programs, and performance reviews.Manage employee requests related to leave, benefits, and other HR inquiries.---Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).One to two years of experience in HR or administrative roles.Required SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of HR software and tools such as HRIS and time-tracking systems is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and proactive.
