The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining websites, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements. Work with PHP to build and enhance website functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website performance issues. Ensure website security, optimization, and responsiveness. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SEO teams to enhance user experience. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other web services. Maintain and update existing websites as per new requirements. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin development. Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other WordPress page builders. Understanding of website security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and deployment processes. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with custom WordPress plugin development. Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks (optional but a plus). Exposure to cloud hosting environments (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.) (optional but a plus).

Conducting analysis of website and application requirements. Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules. Developing back-end portals with an optimized database. Troubleshooting application and code issues. Integrating data storage solutions. Responding to integration requests from front-end developers. Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications. Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
