Initiates Telemedicine consultation for Newly diagnosed /Existing Cases of HTN/DM.5. Guidance to the patients on the nearest govt health facilities for availing further management.6. Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity.7. Dispenses medication as per the advice of medical officer.
