Communicate with the buyer -To keep the buyer in contact, to keep a healthy relationship with the buyer, a merchandiser must communicate with the buyer. Preparing time and action calendar -Once the buyer places an order to the company, the merchandiser is made to prepare a time and action calendar which contains the dates at which various processes are going to happen till delivery.
