She serves as a single point of contact for both students and parents, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and foundational learning.Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Management and TeachingPlan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, art, music, and life skills.Use play-based and experiential learning methods to engage children.Maintain discipline in a loving and consistent manner.Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.2.
