We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager based in Patna with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage our HR functions from home. The ideal candidate will have a masters degree or a postgraduate diploma in a related field.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Lead the hiring process by creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to find the best talent for the organization.- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs that help new employees adjust comfortably into their roles and understand company culture.- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on conducting evaluations and setting performance goals for employees.- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies that comply with labor laws and promote a positive workplace environment.- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, fostering strong relationships between management and staff to create a supportive work atmosphere.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should be a female with strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing her to interact effectively with all levels of staff. She must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software and a solid understanding of labor laws will be essential. Additionally, she should be adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in a remote work environment. Leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving will also be crucial for success in this role.

1. Counselling to ensure parents are fully informed about the treatment and progress of their child and that they have a good understanding of the disability treatment process.2. Helping the parents understand their huge contribution into the success of the treatment.3. Provide emotional support to parents attending clinic. Many mothers of children with clubfoot or other kind of disability suffer social and family separation and community stigmatization. 4. When parents come to the clinic first time, prepare medical record with all the demographical information and at least two contact details and the postal address for effective follow up.5. Keeping good and up to date record of clinic materials, FAB, etc. in stock. 6. Ensuring children file in the clinic are updated and Pirani scoring is regularly done by the doctors.7. Maintain and update counsellors diary on every clinic day for tracking every childs treatment progress.8. On subsequent visits, check the childs feet and spend time with the parents asking if they face any problem with the plaster or brace.9. Provide special counselling to parents having children with other problems besides clubfoot and different kind of disability.10. Help parents understand how to handle casts and teach parents to open casts in the clinic.
