Sales : Handle Showroom sales from customer inquiry to order confirmation and monitor timely delivery to customer as per commitment responsible for end to end customer experience. Track/Update customer data & status in CRM software regularly. Problem resolution & Escalation management for Sales, Dispatch and Delivery including damages/shortages/returns etc as per company standards.

1)To Counsel the Students about different Training Modules(about TNPSC, Bank, SSC,RRB,TET,POLICE,SI,TRB Exam) and make them choose the right path2) To explain Students regarding the Training Process3)To Call the Students & explain Training Process effectively
