- Responsible for the management and execution of various administrative tasks within the company, including employee attendance, entry procedures, file management, meeting organization, contract processing, etc.- Responsible for the sending, receiving, circulating, typesetting and follow-up of all kinds of documents of the company.- Responsible for coordinating communication between various departments of the company and assisting in resolving disputes and problems between various departments.- Responsible for the management and implementation of various internal rules and regulations of the company- Responsible for various administrative or government affairs that require going out, as well as other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
