Responsibilities:1. Conduct sales calls to prospective clients to promote insurance products and services2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention3. Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products based on their requirements4. Meet sales targets and quotas set by the company5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies6. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients7. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Sales of Motor Products/Health products through the agency model. Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
