Job Description/ Key responsibilities forGraphic Designer1. Study design briefs and determine requirements2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas4. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic6. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design7. Test graphics across various media8. Amend designs after feedback9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandRequirements and skills1. Proven graphic designing experience2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics , CorelDraw3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign,Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw )4. Excellent communication skills5. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines6. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the packaging and printing industryUnderstand client requirements and propose appropriate packaging/printing solutions.Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needsMaintain up-to-date CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities.Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2+ years of experience in sales/business development in the packaging or printing industry (preferred).Strong understanding of different packaging types (e.g., cartons, labels, flexible packaging, etc.).Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Please share your cv 9315507817capitalplacement04@gmail.com
