Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers. Managetheend-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information. Provideinsights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
