The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Responsibilities: Contact potential customers over the phone and explain the features and benefits of the properties available for sale or rent. Provide detailed information about the properties, such as location, price, size, and amenities, and address customer inquiries. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, track sales activities, and update customer records in the company's CRM software. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of transactions.
