Job DescriptionRole: RPA Senior Developer (Robotic Process Automation - UiPath)Description: RPA Senior Developers designs and builds the actual RPA automation solution independently. Performs requisite documentation of the process and bot development, taking ownership of implementing & testing the solution.Responsibilities:Design and develop solutions utilizing Automation best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a projectBuilding feasible solutions/Applications for Citizen Led Development and Professional DevelopmentUnderstanding the technological pain areas of business and creating a Proof of Concept - a solution to fit their needs and budgetsProvide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigationDevelop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development effortsProvide training over the web or in-personDevelops the code (for development of bots) and supports/mentors the RPA Developers in the SDLC processPerform Unit and Integration TestingDesired Skills and Experience:5 to 7 years of overall IT experience, with programming experience in .Net/Visual Basic/ C#/ RPA platforms like AA, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.3 years of development experience on UiPath RPA platform using Studio/ StudioXQualification: B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M. TechMandatory Certification: UiPath Automation Developer ProfessionalExperience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, VBS, etc.)Should have working experience with databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.Should have good hands-on experience in SDLC processesGood knowledge of various data structures and optimization techniquesExcellent communication skills both verbal and written, and comfortable presenting materials across multiple levels of the organizationMust have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills, Citizen Led Development experience preferredExperience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferredStrong project and relationship management skills.
