Outbound Calls:Contact potential customers or clients to promote products or services.Conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers.Set appointments for sales representatives or other team members.Inbound Calls:Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.Provide accurate product/service information, upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.Sales & Marketing:Promote and sell the companys products/services over the phone.Meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.Customer Service:Assist customers with billing issues, refunds, and general inquiries.Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.Database Management:Update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Keep track of all calls and customer interactions.
